THE BACKGROUND
The journey began in 2001 when the owner Tim started training to be an Appliance Service Technician. In Canada, this is a Red Seal Journeyman trade that is regulated. Though each province is different, Alberta offers the best industry standards in the country. After completing training and receiving certification, Tim's first business was established in 2005 in Edmonton, Alberta.
Since then, we have grown in size and experience. We have worked on every brand, every appliance and for every company in this industry. All of our technicians have been formally trained by many manufacturers and obtained certificates of completion.

With all this experience, every technician who works with us is properly trained, certified and insured. What you get is professional, friendly guaranteed service, done right!

Meet the team that makes us great at what we do.
Our business administrator is Kailea, she takes care of all the backend work, such as book keeping, accounting and service dispatching.

We have three technicians, all are fully licensed and insured Journeymen Appliance Service Technicians. We are all located in Red Deer and Sylvan Lake, AB.
​
Tim started the trade in 2001 and has worked in nearly all trade related industries, including HVAC, home construction, roofing, gas fitting, plumbing, electrical, commercial and residential appliance repair.

Meet Cody, our female technician who is the very best at what she does. With more than 14 years experience and she previously owned her own business.
​
Our most recent technician to join the team is Peter. Since 1992, Peter has excelled in the appliance trade and even co-owned his own business. With all this experience, there is nothing he cannot do.
